6. Photos & Content

You retain ownership of your content.

By uploading content, you grant SwingBySometime a limited license to store, display, and process content solely to operate the platform.

You confirm that:

• You own uploaded content or have permission to share it
• All identifiable individuals consented to the upload

7. Messaging & Connections

Messaging is private and only available between connected profiles.

If a connection is removed, message access ends immediately.

Messages may be retained for up to 30 days for safety, abuse prevention, moderation, or legal compliance before deletion.

8. Moderation

We reserve the right to quietly remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts that undermine community trust, safety, or discretion.

Sometimes protecting a community means acting quietly and decisively.
