SwingBySometime is intended for adults who want a tasteful, private, and respectful way to stay connected after meeting in person. These guidelines exist to protect our users, our community, and the platform.

SwingBySometime is strictly for users who are 21 years of age or older. Do not use this platform if you are under 21. Do not upload, reference, solicit, or share content involving minors in any way.

2. Consent Is Mandatory

All interactions must be respectful, voluntary, and consensual. Coercion, pressure, manipulation, intimidation, stalking, harassment, or threats are not allowed.

3. No Illegal Activity

Users may not use SwingBySometime to arrange, promote, discuss, or facilitate illegal activity. This includes exploitation, trafficking, prostitution, non-consensual activity, blackmail, revenge content, drug sales, or any other unlawful conduct.

4. Respect Privacy

Do not share another person’s private information without permission. This includes names, phone numbers, addresses, workplace information, screenshots, photos, messages, or profile details.

5. Profile and Photo Rules

Profiles and photos must be tasteful, lawful, and owned by you or used with permission. Do not upload explicit sexual content, non-consensual images, impersonation content, hateful material, violent material, or anything involving minors.

6. Messaging and Connections

Messaging is provided as a convenience for connected users. Do not spam, harass, threaten, pressure, or repeatedly contact someone who has disconnected from you or asked you to stop.

7. Offline Meetings

SwingBySometime does not verify users, screen members, conduct background checks, or guarantee anyone’s identity, intentions, behavior, health status, relationship status, or legal eligibility. Users are solely responsible for their own interactions, decisions, and offline meetings.

8. Reports and Enforcement

We may review reported content or behavior and may remove content, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, restrict access, or take other action at our discretion.

9. Platform Discretion

SwingBySometime reserves the right to remove any content or account that we believe violates these guidelines, creates risk, harms the community, or is inconsistent with the purpose of the platform.

10. Use Good Judgment

Protect your privacy. Move slowly. Meet safely. Trust your instincts. SwingBySometime is a connection tool, not a guarantee of compatibility, safety, trustworthiness, or consent.
