SwingBySometime is intended for respectful adults. If you experience or witness behavior that violates our Terms, Community Guidelines, Safety & Consent Policy, or the law, please report it.

1. When to Report

Please report concerns involving harassment, threats, stalking, coercion, impersonation, blackmail, doxxing, non-consensual content, underage users, explicit illegal activity, spam, fraud, or any behavior that makes the platform unsafe.

2. Urgent Safety Issues

If you believe you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first. SwingBySometime is not an emergency service and cannot provide urgent intervention.

3. What to Include

To help us review a report, include as much relevant information as possible:

• Your account email or profile name
• The reported user’s profile name, code, or link
• A short description of what happened
• Relevant dates and times
• Screenshots or supporting details, if available
• Whether you believe there is an immediate safety concern

4. How to Submit a Report

Reports may be submitted through the contact method provided on the platform. Until an in-app reporting tool is available, please contact us directly and include the information listed above.

5. What We May Do

After receiving a report, we may review account information, profile content, messages, connection history, uploaded photos, technical logs, or other relevant records. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve records, or take other action at our discretion.

6. No Guarantee of Action

We review reports in good faith, but we do not guarantee a specific outcome, response time, investigation result, or enforcement action. We may be limited in what we can share due to privacy, legal, safety, or operational reasons.

7. False or Abusive Reports

Do not submit knowingly false, malicious, retaliatory, or abusive reports. Misuse of the reporting process may result in account restriction or removal.

8. Content Removal Requests

If your image, private information, message, or other content has been shared without permission, please report it promptly with enough detail for us to locate and review it.

9. Legal Requests

Legal notices, law enforcement requests, subpoenas, preservation requests, or formal legal correspondence should be sent through the contact method provided on the platform and clearly marked as a legal request.

10. Personal Safety Reminder

You can disconnect from users, stop responding, preserve screenshots, and avoid further engagement with anyone who makes you uncomfortable. Trust your instincts and prioritize your safety.
